Week Seventeen

 ARABELLA To reward loyalty in light of recent Covid-19 restrictions, at Arabella we designed a campaign to customers who regularly watch our live shows making lockdown gift bags to promote self care. This was a largely successful campaign as we sent out hundreds of these and had many of these customers then purchase from us again.

Week Sixteen

ARABELLA During this week at Arabella we wanted to increase sales of jewellery as this is stock we have had for a long time and find hard to market to customers. In our campaign we released a sale on this stock and to make these items more appealing to clients, we had a reshoot of all the stock. We also organised a live interview with Jianhui one of our jewellery designers to encourage customer sales, this meant that the customers felt more involved in the company and had more incite into the products giving them a higher incentive to make a purchase.

Week Fifteen

  ARABELLA At Arabella this week we decided to introduce a lifestyle collection to our website. When launching this we wanted to increase our product diversity offering a range of items to both new and existing customers. To raise awareness for this we made campaigns on our social media sites, Instagram and Facebook hinting at what the new products would be to excite customers about the new stock.
