Week Fourteen

ARABELLA This week at ARABELLA we put into play our business meeting ideas. Introducing more online activity, including an EMU competition to get more customer interaction. Then we received a new delivery of one of our most popular brands Rundholz DIP which again helped to boost sales as we made several photoshoots and email campaigns to showcase this instead of just the live show.

Week Thirteen

ARABELLA  This week at ARABELLA consisted of responding to a slow start to October. The online team including myself had a business meeting to try and encourage more purchases both from new and returning customers. Whether this be through more live shows, online activity or google ads. We discussed that due to current situations and the unknown later restrictions of covid, that the online business should take centre focus of the business.

Week Twelve

ARABELLA  This week at Arabella I was given the task of uploading live videos to YouTube, this meant applying a consistent thumbnail design, as to keep the page looking professional. Again this means there is an easy way to find all the videos in one place, it also allows for promoting our content on a different platform if we decide this is to be anything more than a way to store the video content in future.

Week Eleven

ARABELLA This week at Arabella I took to helping train other colleagues when using the shopify and omnisend systems, to create webpages to embed the live shows and email these out to our customers. As this is such an important part of the business due to the large audience these shows reach, passing this task onto another team member can be a difficult thing to do. Hence, this is a long process in order to be well assured the other team member is capable of then completing the task alone.

Week Ten

ESCALLA During this week of my apprenticeship, I had my induction at Escalla. I completed many coures and studied topics that my reports would be based upon. I also completed a competitor analysis as to better understand the business I am in, and how we should be looking at the future of our marketing.  This week has allowed me to bring my studies and working life together and plan when and what campaigns to make in the workplace.
